About Us
We’re parents and educators at heart. Happy and curious learners are our forte. We know that one of the most frustrating things about school is being told what to do, when to do it and then being tested on it. CTL Global is a place where students and teachers have a voice and ultimately will make impact in their lives and communities. We work together with constant feedback loops to keep learning fresh, engaging and relevant.

Our Students
We serve all students (ages 12+) interested in learning and those that may have lost their enthusiasm for schooling. Our students are international and are aspiring to become Global Citizens and in time Agents of Change. With an inclusive approach students’ feelings, concerns and ideas are taken into account and put center in their learning program.
Prioritizing individual needs and interests our learning coaches work 1:1 with learners to keep the motivation and spark going. Students also are encouraged to connect with one another and actively participate in the program. Social emotional learning along with an inquiry approach using a variety of tools keeps students
The Program
A mixed learning approach with consistent online courses facilitated by top instructors following project-based learning practices. We combine online with activities and opportunities that take place locally. Courses offered in English.
Our students engage in international competitions related to the UN sustainable goals, student empowerment and making an impact. Ultimately our students will earn accredited US High School Diplomas along with demonstrated 21st Century skills transferable to success in life.
Beginning August we will be offering University credit earning courses in partnership with Arizona State University!
Who We Are
An extremely dedicated team with over 50 years of shared experiences graduating learners to become passionate scholars, servant leaders, global citizens and agents of change.
Both Dr. Mara Simmons and Dr. Agodi Alagbe have first-hand experience building successful schools that put children first.
Together they envision a collection of CTL Global clubhouses around the world connecting learners across the globe. They are keen to collaborate with partners.
