Wonderment or Nervousness?

For some students they have already been in school for three weeks and for others they will soon begin…. in all situations we wonder what is the mental state of the students currently?

For students, ages 12+ are they excited to return to their routine, see their friends and dig in to some brain work?

If that is not the case then we wonder why keep up the routine? In 2023 there is an abundance of educational options and depending upon one’s location there are several pathways to university (if that is the desired outcome of course.) Schools have been noted to be a stressor for some students and contribute towards teen depression, anxiety and other mental health challenges.

Research from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) found that more than 1 in 3 high school students has experienced poor mental health over the past few years. Furthermore, nearly half of students report persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness. Statistics from Mental Health America (MHA) confirm the high rates of depression in high school.

Students spend on average 1,400 hours each year in schooling. This experience should bring joy, curiosity and excitement.

If it is not and instead students suffer with anxiety, absences, or are discontent about their educational pathway parents please take action. We are here to help you figure out the best pathway for your child. It might require a full change of school or simply a shift in routine or opportunity to participate in something impactful.

CTL Academy Global offers full time accredited schooling, short courses and works in collaboration with other organizations to prepare our future generation to take charge of this world with joy and enthusiasm. Reach out and book a discovery call for us to help you figure out your options.

Please don’t let 2023 slip away; your child deserves the best educational program and opportunity. Take ACTION today!
