CTL Academy Global

Welcome to our first official BLOG. We are very excited for CTL Global to launch and can’t wait for founding families to come forth. Already this summer our staff are busy preparing their own projects following the principles in the different international competitions our students will engage with. We will be entering programs that include: Global Social Leaders, Jacobs Teen Competition, Get Lit- Words Ignite, World 8 Billion, and Khan Academy Breakthrough Challenges. Each of these competitions will be folded into our projects during the year- connecting relevant learning to real life application.

Imagine the founding class of fifty 12+ year olds across the globe working together to address a couple of the UN Sustainable Goals. Perhaps collectively they can launch a campaign to improve society’s health by educating the masses about healthy living practices including fitness, nutrition and sleep hygiene. Or perhaps they launch an international peer to peer education program uplifting learners who don’t have access to education? The sky is the limit for CTL Global learners; CTL Global will be there to support, facilitate, connect and cultivate these curiosities and passions.

How many 12+ year olds do you know doing these kinds of cool projects? Do you know a 12+ year old that wants to engage or perhaps is bored in traditional school? Please save them and send them our way. Going to school should not feel like a “have to.” Instead CTL Global believes attending ‘school’ uplifts its learners, teachers and learning coaches because not only do they see their own academic progress but they also make a difference in the world.
